If you want to own land

You buy a plot in a size that suits you. The land is yours, Jaylead plants and manages it, and you earn yearly from what it produces for as long as the palms are productive.

Option A in detail

Ownership Returns

A share of the farm’s long-term output.

Under Option A you fund Jaylead’s farming operation and share in what it produces over the long term. You are not buying a specific plot.

You receive a yearly payout of a set percentage of the amount you invested until twice that amount has been paid out. After that, a smaller yearly royalty continues for the remaining life of the project.

Option A is open to a small number of investors. Every term is set by your signed agreement.

Option B in detail

Fixed Loan

A fixed-term return and a clean exit.

Under Option B you lend to Jaylead’s farming operation for an agreed term at an agreed fixed interest rate.

When the principal and interest have been repaid, the loan is closed. There is no ongoing royalty and no further obligation on either side.

01What’s the difference between owning a plot and investing in the project?

Owning a plot means you buy specific, titled land that we farm for you. Investing in the project means you fund Jaylead’s farming operation under Option A or Option B, without buying a specific plot.

02What’s the difference between Option A and Option B?

Option A shares in the farm’s output over the long term and is open to 3 investors. Option B is a fixed-term loan with an agreed interest rate and a clean exit. See the Invest page for full terms.

03Is my investment guaranteed?

No. Returns depend on real farm performance and are not a government-guaranteed deposit. Your terms are set by your signed agreement. We provide full documentation and welcome independent audits, and we encourage you to take independent advice.
